    We come and look. Half an hour, no charge, and nobody asks you to decide on the spot.

  2. Written estimate

    Rooms, surfaces, product and a fixed number. Within two days of the visit.

  3. The work

    A start date you are told in advance, and a crew that turns up on it.

  4. Walk it together

    Anything you are not happy with gets fixed before the final payment.
